ORDERS
Your order will take 7-10 business to complete & ship. If you included personalization details, we may send you a mock up/proof for approval. If so, your approval will be required.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES
We do not accept cancellations. Since all items are custom made, there are no refunds/exchanges. If an item arrives broken/damaged, send me a picture within 48 hours and I will replace the item at no additional charge. If an item arrives and I have made a mistake from the order form, send me a picture within 48 hours. You may be required to return the item. A Prepaid Return label will be provided. A replacement item will be sent to you free of charge.
PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal and direct payment checkout.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are always welcomed. Electronic Proofs will always be provided & approval required before item is made.
SHIPPPING
We ship most orders via USPS First Class Mail. Occasionally, due to weight restrictions, we will use UPS.
